Standard Harvester place. No real ale though Guinness was good and at a great price. Sad news: It's brand is changing from Harvester to a Miller & Carter Steak House. Expect higher prices, not sure if children will be allowed in. The last day is 20th January 2017. I doubt if you could just drop in for a pint as you were passing. If you are in the area after the change, report back here as to whether you can or can not just buy a pint.
