Large rambling slightly run down pub on the banks of the river at the back of one of the caravan parks that litter this part of Worcestershire , You enter a corridor the main bar is to the left and has a pool table at the far end , there is a conservatory style area overlooking the river and a couple of other rooms further on , the pub is fairly shabby around the edges but has potential due to its location , it appears to have its own moorings and there is a kids play area , the pub is under new ownership and seem intent on doing the place up . No real ale on just the usual carling/worthy etc , seemed friendly enough but conversation was near impossible due to the music being played at ear splitting volume (at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon).
This has the potential to be a good pub , lets hope the new owners get things right
