I'm not a fan of Guinness and the couple of pints that I had in here last week were my first for 15 years. I loved them and could have stayed all afternoon and my mates who are Guinness drinkers agreed with me. There are 8 Guinness pumps and plenty of bottles of champagne and wine available. There is also a sign behind the bar boasting that they stock every brand of Irish whiskey.
I visited during the afternoon so it wasn't that busy; although one of my friends who had been before commented that it does get very busy during the late afternoon/early evening. The place is quite small so this was of no surprise to me.
There is a big old TV up on the wall that was showing the cricket and we were winning making this a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
