Burnt down in mysterious circumstances on Friday 18 September !!
May 2015
Looks like the end for this one , houses being built on the beer garden and carpark .
May now be demolished for more housing on site .

This used to be a 2 room pub with a dull lounge and lively bar , a few years ago it was knocked into one big room and turned into a resturant which flopped , its still one room but back to being a pub , as you enter theres a large conservatory dining area and a section with comfy leather sofas to the left , the bar is straight ahead and to the right a small bar style area with a large TV , 4 handpulls , Bombadier , Landlord and 2 from Rowton kept OK . Mixed clientel farmers , couples of all ages and teenagers all mix happily . Worth a visit
