Old Boots left this review about The Queens Head
A symphony of exposed stone and dark timber with very traditional Dales furnishing although a carpet covers the flags in most places. A cosy and intimate pub although not quite the village pub as a high quality menu is offered. There are four pulls with a mix of Theakstons and Pennine beers, cold but very good. Separate keg founts for some of the usual nationals plus Murphy's. There's a large extension at the back with a private dining room and accommodation.
