Covered in scaffolding for my visit. Called in to find Butcombe Rare Breed and doom Bar on offer. The Rare Breed was fine.

Dashed in here while waiting for the coach to take us to the next pub on our Gwent pub tour, to see what was on the bar and managed time to enjoy Butcombe Rare Breed. Also available Doom Bar and Proper Job. Pleasantly quiet away from the rugby in other bars.
