As noted below this is a smaller Spoons and I visited it a few times on my stay in Scotland. It's been well described below but I would add that being all on one level means that the climb to the toilets is just a few steps.
It's an unexciting building but the service was good on all my visits, it was easy to get a seat even at 21:30 on a Friday and they always had a Scottish beer or two available. The food clubs including the Scottish Breakfast are a bit dearer than the norm but it is a city centre pub.
When I came here on the Wednesday only five of the eight hand pumps were going but by Friday all eight were going with no duplicates.
I thought this was a decent Spoons especially for a city centre.

Located, literally, underneath the concourse of Glasgow Queen Street High Level station, this has been known by several names over the years (including, as I remember, “Berlin.”). It opens early for breakfasts and I enjoyed a very reasonably priced Full Scottish (only £3.19) here recently before catching the 08.21 Oban train. It was too early for a pint and I’m not even sure if they were serving drink at that hour, but there was a good range of beers on offer, including a few real ales. The surroundings are very pleasant, however, and the breakfast was excellent.

Disapointing after being in the Counting house spoons standards not very good probably walk past in future
