This was the only place I found open during Storm Eyown. I shouldn't have really been out - but we were out of food supplies and other essentials. So I roamed the streets like the fella out of 28 days later to find toothpaste for £3.99 at londis. And then this was open on the way back. Would seem rude not to check it out.
No cask, Guinness in a dirty glass for £6.90.
I shall forever be grateful for their resilience.

Central horseshoe bar serves a standard draught selection plus "craft keg". Blown up newspaper front pages on one wall.
