Foody bar with small outside area, there is an emphesis on craft beer and its fine, but probably better if eating as well

I had been looking forward to this one, the brewery tap for the Tempest Brewery. It has three hand pumps, two of which were offering Pale Armadillo and Cascadian, with their Elemental Dark and Bomber IPA among the keg taps on the back wall. Not being a fan of citrusy New World hops, I went for the porter, but this beer on keg seemed over-cool and over-gassy to me. I looked at the food menu for a sandwich or some soup, but everything seemed over-fussy. Maybe they just caught me in a bad mood, because then I found myself finding fault with the decor too! I noticed a number of local pub of the year accolades from Camra, so they must be doing something right.
