Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Pheasant Plucker
The former Woodman was taken over and renamed by the local Elite Pubs mini-chain in 2021, having been refurbished in the expected upmarket, semi-traditional way. Unsurprisingly, given its rural location, it remains very food-led, although there is some general seating near the bar and a substantial beer garden (with new wooden furniture and a children's play area) can be found to one side. Three real ales served by handpump - the inevitable Harvey's plus a couple from Cellar Head: Session Pale Ale and an excellent seasonal Fireside.

Been here twice now, beautiful pub, lovely decor and friendly staff. The food has been excellent on both occasions. There is a snack/sandwich menu and main menu plus lots of specials, so lots of choice, also food is served all day. Will be going again and would definatly recommend this pub.
