Recently taken over, this place is tucked away in a quiet spot near the castle entrance. It is in the process of being developed into an eco-friendly restuart serving food grown and reaered on local farms. Inside you will find a very warm welcome and an interesting building with a bar, dining room and relaxing area. The hospitality is second to none and so is the food, all cooked fresh to order. There is also a large selection of wine and 3 real ales, well kept on gravity. If you want a relaxing evening with fine food and drink this is number one in this town...don't miss it.
