This is one of the worst "pubs" that I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It used to be Whitworth Workingmens Club, but is now open to all. Only 6 people in on a Friday night just before Christmas and I have doubts that any of them were working men unless they worked in a factory making grey tracksuits. The room at the front used to be the lounge, it now has a pool table in it. The room to the rear used to be the concert room, it now looks like a large unused space. No real ale of course so I had to have some fizz. I was planning to sit in here until my bus was due, but after 10 minutes in here I decided that I'd be better off waiting in the cold and the drizzle in the bus shelter across the road. I was on my own in the bus shelter and there was a better atmosphere in there than there had been in the pub. It's very, very crap.
