Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The White Horse Inn
Looks like a traditional village pub, and although it still is to some extent, it has been partly opened-out and extended at the back to form various dining areas (almost all of which appeared to be reserved where not already occupied on a Sunday lunchtime). However, there was one little table free (just as well since the small side bar through which you enter only has a pool table and no seating). With two of the four handpumps in use, I found TT Boltmaker available as well as the obligatory Harvey's (£4.50).

Will Larter left this review about The White Horse Inn
A fairly undistinguished building at the crossroads in the village, the interior has been stripped back to basics, with brick walls visible in abundance. The pub's website promises "unusual real ales served directly from the cask", but unfortunately we were faced instead with an underwhelming choice between Sharps Doom Bar, Fullers London Pride, Greene King IPA and a seasonal called Summer Ale, also from Fullers. Must have forgotten to update the website. My partner expected me to turn around and walk out, my usual reaction to a beer menu of this sort, but I persevered to the extent of even drinking some of her GK IPA as well as mine. The disinterested service and the persistent pop music were two other reasons for marking this one down: a disappointing experience.
