Now open as a sparkly new Wetherspoons called The Prense Well. A single long room which opens out slightly to your left on entering. Decor wise it is very bland with nothing that makes it stand out and it's not the biggest Wetherspoons you'll ever visit. 12 handpulls on the bar and a decent selection once you dismiss the trio of doom. Surprisingly low prices for the area and by far the cheapest, £2.10 a pint for the area is amazing. The local snobby-arsed tits will look down on it but if you're in the area it is, to be honest, worth a visit and by far your best bet for real ale.

This is now called The Exchange and seems to be as crap as Chambers was. The two rooms are now separated by a door as opposed to a passageway previously. 3 handpumps were on the bar with just one on serving Doom Bore.
