Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Stag

Modernised local boozer with a U-shaped layout with a pair of modest bars on each side of the central servery, one with the pool table and dartboard, and the other having a small lounge area. Also has a part covered beer garden at the back. No real ale unfortunately, so made do with a quick Worthington's (£3.80) before heading onwards.

A single room local on what was once the main road through, now a quiet road in what is becoming a dormitory town. It's basic, no frills, friendly and cosy, no food on offer, wooden floor. The landlord was friendly enough, and the atmosphere was calm, almost dead. The only ale on was Doombar, which wasn't in the best condition. I'm not sure it's worth chasing this one down.
