The Sir Walter Raleigh is a back street pub that is fairly close to canning circus.
Once inside the pub had a couple of rooms that were comfortable enough.
When i first went in this pub it was an Ind Coope tied house and there were two real ales on the bar,i usually had a drink of Ind Coope Burton bitter which was a decent drink the other beer was Ansells bitter.
By the time i got round to photograph this pub it had become a John Smiths tied house and there was Handpumped John Smiths bitter on the bar.
The pub has had a few name changes over the years,i have been in this pub quite a few times but i have never really liked this pub that much.
