O'Neill's is a strange looking pub that is situated on the trendy east street.
Once inside there is a very large oblong shaped room,the bar runs down the right side,there are normal tables and chairs to the front,there are lots of tall tables and chairs in the middle area,there is an upstairs room which overlooks the main room.
There was one real ale on the bar which was GK IPA this was served as well as it could be and was very cheap at £2.80 a pint.
There was a very large drop down screen in the middle of the room showing the England v Italy rugby game,the pub was packed mid Saturday afternoon with most people watching the rugby.
This is not really my sort of pub,but if you like cheap drinks and watching sports it is the ideal place to go.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about O'Neill's

Poor, even by O'Neills standards, with no real ale and many other keg offerings off too. Spent a few minutes with a half of Caffreys (£1.70) looking around the large barn-like interior with two small mezzanine areas, but nothing of interest here.
