A smart modern interior is in contrast with the old fashioned external appearance of this market square pub. There's a small bar with three hand pumps, which at the time of our visit were serving Marstons Pedigree and two from the local Leatherbritches brewery. Toilets are upstairs - I didn't see a disabled alternative.

The White Swan is situated on the bussier bottom side of the market place.
This pub has got a black and white mock tudor front,once inside ther used to be a couple of rooms that were fairly smart and comfortable,this pub used to be a Ind Coope tied house and there were two real ales on the bar with both Ind Coope bitter and Burton bitter being decent drinks.
I am not sure what beers are now on here as i did'nt go in when i took a photo.
