The Star is a decent looking white painted pub that is to the South of Kingswoods shopping area.
Once inside the bar faces in a single U shaped room,the floor is bare boarded,there is comfy bench seating and chairs to the front left,a darts board to the rear left.
There are normal tables and chairs down the left side and a pool table to the rear left.
The pub is a Greene King tied house,there were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of GK IPA,which was a decent enough drink,the other real ales were London Glory and Radio X Amplified.
Background music was playing and the TVs were showing Grand Prix practice.
I though this was a decent and comfortable pub to have a drink in.
