This large, impressive building not far from Greenwich DLR station is primarily a ground floor wine bar and an upstairs restaurant. However, the bar does support some craft keg taps with suspects from Camden and Curious Brew and according to What Pub also sells Davy's Old Wallop direct from the cask, which was what lured us in here. Unfortunately for our visit the Davy’s Old Wallop they did have on was the keg version, not the cask, but hey ho. Mainly targeting diners but as well as the internal less formal bar areas separated by partitions and the occasional low beam, there is a splendid outside courtyard section and a pleasant sun trap front section which is more designed just for drinking.
