I had to make a complaint about the door staff, they were unfriendly, arrogant and rude. They had decided before I even got to the door that I did not have a face that fitted, I look young for my age but am actually 30. Unfortunately I did not have the dignity not to argue, however when I asked why they would not let me in they would not tell me. I was not drunk and was very upset that they ruined a brithday I was attending. When asked for their names they wouldn't give them out and were very mocking. I have emailed an official complaint but doubt I'll get a response, hey make to much money, but I wouldn't recommend it. I won't be going back and one thing I can't stand is doorman who forget they are just normal people but fat!
