The pub was carefully demolished and the parts labelled with a view to restoring it on a different site. See https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ce7ldxzp5pgo. The pub's facade will be incorporated into an office building.

This pub died when the parrot did but you will still find some of the old regulars around town.Please Princess Quay incorporate it in your new developement
