This pub has been marked "permanently closed" on Google, and a quick look through the windows confirms that there are no beer fonts on the bar counter, though the place looks clean and tidy, with furniture and everything looking spruce, and there's a row of optics on the bar back. Local knowledge is that the owner has had to give up running the pub because of ill health, but continues to live on the premises.
