Its now called Maze Inn But it still has no Real Ale as far as I could see. When I went in I couldn't see no Hand Pumps visible so not much chance of getting any. It was actually very quiet Mid week evening around 19.00 there was only about 6 other people in there being early evening when I went in.
It still appears to be more of a late evening Bar especially on weekends with Music & door staff keeping the drunks in check on Fridays & Saturday Nights. Not the sort of Pub I would Use regularly as I prefer my Real Ale but its OK for a quick Pint in the early evenings.

I wandered into here one evening last week at 20.30ish and thought that it was quite a nice place. I found it to be clean and airy with nice wicker chairs, sofas and high tables. The toilet was very clean and there is a dance floor to the rear of the bar to bop away to the house music. There is some outside seating albeit on the high street, but I think that it has been decked out well. The barmaid was friendly and polite and I didn't notice it being any more expensive than a lot of pubs in the area. A few bog standard lagers were on offer along with a couple of premiums and Guinness.
It has obviously been designed for the younger generation and I thought that there was a good vibe (although I don't know what it is like when all of the pubs empty out). I like my old fashioned boozers, but I also like to have a dance and a laugh every now and again and this place would do for me as long as it doesn't fill up with little rude boys.
