Irish bar on a parade of shops near Oakwood tube station and near the entrance to Trent Park golf course, a venue I used to play after work in the early 90's and do the walk after with my golf bag back to the tube station to get back to my flat at the time near Holloway Rd tube station! Not been around here for 30 years so brought some memories back!

It is a long rectangle from the glass fronted entrance, bare boarded with the bar servery against the right-hand wall slightly nearer the front of the venue. Fabric banquette under the front window, mixture of regular and tall tables in the front part with tall stools at the bar counter, and which has a small, tiled skirt, and a row of small high tables down the left-hand wall. Post bar servery, fabric banquette and regular tables down the remainder of the left-hand wall and a small stage in the rear right-hand corner. There is a large skylight in this area which certainly made the place very illuminated on a sunny late afternoon. Plenty of TV screens throughout the venue, the few that were broadcasting on my visit were showing the horse racing without commentary. There was a small courtyard beer garden out the back with regular tables on an astroturfed floor. Thought this was a decent venue of its type.
