A large fairly standard pub. The pub is comfortable enough and is split into 2 areas by the central U-shaped bar. The larger area to the right stretches back and houses a pool table at the rear. The area to the left is a comfortable enough area. 3 handpumps on the bar were all unclipped and therefore unused on my visit so its Fosters, Carling, Tetley Smooth, John Smiths or Strongbow for your draught beer.

Called inn at lunchtime on a Tuesday and apart from the dodgy wallpaper in the far room the pub was ok.There was 3 handpumps on the bar but only 2 functioning.

Food served until 8:45pm 7 days a week.
