No cask here. Keg offering of Guinness (again v good), Coors, Carlsberg, Heineken, Fosters and original and dark fruits SB, Cruz, Stella, Moretti, Kopparberg S&L cider and John Smiths.

Two entrance brown fronted Irish bar, much bigger than the two previous ones visited so far today. The right-hand side is the public bar, and it is a long rectangular room with the dark wood bar counter jutting out from the left-hand wall mid venue. Tiled around the bar counter and the space again occupied by older gents sitting on tall, backed stools. Otherwise, patterned carpet with the bulk of the seating provided by dark red studded leather banquettes fitted around the front, both sides of the public bar entrance, and snaking up the right-hand wall serving small round dark wood tables with small stools the other side thereof. Plenty of TV screens this side mainly showing the racing with commentary and lots of framed photos or prints of Irish sporting action. There was a darting area beyond the bar counter, and on way to rear walk through to saloon bar. Bar counter saloon side was a similar but larger affair on the right-hand wall with the bars connected via the separating wall of the two rooms. This side was bare boarded apart from the same tiled skirt along the length of the bar counter. Banquettes here were fabric and fitted round the front window and along the left-hand wall, in the middle thereof forming a couple of snob screen divided booth tables. The middle of this side had three imposing pillars with ornate leaded glass tops splaying out onto the dark blue painted ceiling. Plenty of screens this side showing a mixture of racing, Sky News and cricket, but absent sound, that provided by a low poppy soundtrack. The regular tables at the back of this side were laid for diners and quite a few in here were eating on my visit. The very back has a low stage and the front windows were advertising regular live music. This is a large-scale Irish pub, but I thought it was a decent venue to go and quaff Guinness and watch live sport. There were a lot of wall mounted speakers suggesting they can really make this place immersive.
