Nice looking pub handy for the 3 counties showground , lovelly situation on the village green opposite the village duck pond . You enter into a small comfortable bar with comfy arm chairs , to the rear of the pub there is a large dining area in the modern style but with lots of old beams and wood making what is basically one room feel a bit more cosy , french doors lead to a nice patio area and a large beer garden with a kiddies play area in the far corner . 3 handpulls in each bar Spitfire , Bombadier and Tribute which was very nice (the pub is cask marque) the service was friendly even though i was not eating , it is mainly a dining pub . Worth popping in if in the area
