Pleasant enough hillside pub with commanding views of the Northants countryside. Belongs to the local McManus gastrochain, so food led and generally well-appointed. Four rooms, mostly given over to dining; the one to the left with the bar in it is your best bet if you just want a drink, though you might get stuck with a posing table at popular mealtimes. There's a snug further on from there, and to the right a room set up for a large group and a huge dining room. Nice looking garden which I suspect suffers from the windy location.
Just GKIPA on the bar, What?ub take note, we stuck to the pleasantly served eurofizz. Disabled access fine.
