Billed as Scotland’s most haunted pub it is definitely a labyrinth and the decor is Halloween every day. Every plastic skeleton in Edinburgh must be here. A lot of cellar rooms on various levels it has two bars but only one was open when I called in. Usual kegs but a single pull with a very drinkable Robinson’s Trooper. The beer is almost incidental it’s another live music place like Whistle Binkies up the road, but only in part. The music room is in the bowels and not too large, intimate perhaps.

Basement bar with many different levels/bars and rooms. Free cinema (showing ghostbusters during my visit), live music venue and pool room. Serving 1 real ale and food.
