There are a couple of hand pumps here now, but only Greene King IPA available. We looked for something a bit more drinkable in the bottled beer cabinet and came up with Belhaven Twisted Thistle and Innis & Gunn Rum Finish. This is a very expensive way to drink beer, but luckily it was my daughter's round so I didn't argue. The atmosphere was a bit calmer here than the rather lively Scotch Hop along the road, and unlike that bar there was a mixture of male and female drinkers in here. A decent beer or two would make this one to consider visiting again.
