A delightful heritage interior, the bar area on the left hand side having a huge mirror at the back to give an illusion of space, as it's really very small. (I didn't get a chance to see the dining area on the right.) There are two Scottish "tall founts" serving beers from Stewart brewing, whose beers I have found to be rather short on quality. My pint of their 80/- was in decent condition but lacking in distinguishing features (NBSS 3, £5.20).

Primarily a restaurant with a bar/bistro area. The tables are a bit close together for comfort and they are clearly trying to cram in as many tables as they can. Small bar with a few stools. Good service. Deuchars and Abbot on air dispense
