This is a nice looking corner pub in a shopping parade in the villagey Pitshanger area of Ealing. Despite the dark painted exterior and canopy, it's quite light and airy because of the large front window. The large bar counter is on the left, with five hand pumps, four of which were in use at the time of my visit. It was probably slightly busier than usual, though still with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon, with several people who were clearly from Leeds, here to support the Rhinos in their game at the Broncos' ground up the road. Service was friendly and the St Austell Tribute that I had was in very good condition, so I quite enjoyed my brief visit, though I have to say it still comes as a bit of a shock to have to pay over £2 for a half.

We are from Australia, and spent one month in the area with friends recently. Found the staff, locals, atomsphere very welcoming and the beer and the food are GREAT!!. Definately return when we next visit London.
Great place to realx after a full day of sightseeing.
