The Cannon tavern is a smallish pub that is to the north of the town centre but fairly close to it.
This pub was quite smart inside and also comfortable there was a darts board and this seemed more of a locals pub,this pub is a McMullens tied house and there was one real ale on the bar this was McMullens AK bitter and this was very nice.
I thought this was a decent pub.
