Old Boots left this review about Cleveland Bay
Large white painted pub in a commanding position above the Tees just beyond the northern end of Yarm High St with its famous bridge and viaduct. There are three main rooms inside, the main bar to the left, a sitting room to the right and a lounge further back on the right. There is a serving hatch halfway down the corridor between the front door and the lounge. The handpumps are in the main bar only and included Taylors Landlord and Old Golden Hen I think as regulars with Triple fff, and Skinners as guests, the clip collection behind the bar had some other interesting guests. The ales are served in the pub's own branded glasses with their philosophy printed on the back, note the glasses are 22 ounce ones to fit in a big head and a liquid pint. The bars are traditionally furnished and the main one is decorated with prints of the Tees, lots of vegetation and a couple of big screens. The lounge is the venue for live music so in addition to traditional furnishing it has lights and speakers as well as two more big screens and a dart board.
