This pub / hotel is up a steep hill from the main area of Matlock Bath.
I first visited this pub on 1 June 1982 and this pub was a S&N tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Theakston Old Peculiar and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Theakston best.
This was quite a smart and comfortable pub to have a drink in.

JUst had a stay at THe Temple Hotel. Great Beers.4 Hand pulls well worth a visit good car parking or a nice walk up the hill Great views!,Well done Chris.
