Brainy Pool left this review about Original Farmers Arms
a really old and traditional style pub at the top of Eccleston village. A very wide pub that rambles off to the left and right, all low beams and banquette seating, and real throwback decor that hasn’t changed for years. I didn’t spot any screens, which makes a refreshing change. Four ales on, probably one too many as my White Rat was a little bit tired. Surprisingly quiet on a Friday evening, considering this is a large village with very little else going on - if I lived here I would definitely call in regularly.

food is excellent i go every week with my partner you have o try it most friedly staff make you feel welcome, just feel at home when ur there.
