Thought I would pay a visit, simply to tick off another "pub" in the area. Last time I was here, it was ram packed and the upstairs terrace does look lovely.
Tuesday lunchtime and on entry I was instantly quizzed on what I wanted. Think they may have been hoping to sell some food, with the chef working the bar.
No cask noticed and the usual selection of mainstream euro-fizz and craft. Estrella for £6.
Not really for me.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Button Factory
Trendy sort of place with a mostly younger clientele, featuring a bar along the frontage (with such low lighting you almost need a torch) and a very slightly lighter dining area further back. For the better weather, a first-floor terrace can also be found at the front, with a more conventional patio beer garden off to one side. Sadly, the two handpumps are currently out of use, leaving some middling keg beers such as the pair from Battersea: the Session Pale (£5.40) and an Unfiltered Lager.

A large urban style bar, which was quite busy on our early Saturday eve visit. The customer base was mid 20's, who were all dressed up to the 9's. The service was very good on entry, in spite of the amount of cocktails being knocked up. There were 8 keg options repeated across two industrial steel pipes, plus a choice from two hand pumps. We went for the Purity Mad Goose at £4 a pint and I have to say the beer was in great shape.
We sat at a very large table in the main front bar, where a very trendy couple in their late 50's joined us, who were friendly and chatty. I liked this venue as it was vibrant and the in house music was also to my liking, alternative rather than mainstream.
