After a lengthy refurb the Railway has now opened up as a sports bar called The Stanley.There are lots of TV screens and a fair range of keg beers,but no cask available.There is also a good sized outdoor seating area to the rear. The outside signage and the pubs interior plus the barmaids uniforms are all in blue which i thought strange as the home kit of Accrington Stanley is red. Not the cheapest of pubs.

The Railway is excellent for sports fans cheap beer really friendly environment and the staff are fantastic and I would recommend the pub to anyone if you love sports or even just football then this is the venue to be love being able to go in and watch different games for me it gets a 10/10. Also if you are a smoker they have TV's outside in the beer garden I honestly can't find anything negative about the place.
