Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Shoulder of Mutton

Corner pub with simple brewers' Tudor upper facades. Inside, the vestibule forms part of an angled 'L'-shaped bar, with a pool table at the other end. There is also an opening through to a quieter snug. Limited décor and a mix of furniture, but the banquette seating has been given a partial refurbishment at some stage which leaves a rather curious effect. All handpumps removed since my last visit in 2017, but thankfully the Banks's Original on one of the keg taps was just £2.75 as well as the Worthington's. Not a place to linger...

Pretty grim town centre pub with a clientele to match. No real ale, only Worthington and Banks's Original on keg. I went for the latter at £2.80. Gets lively in the evening with Karaoke, Play your Cards Right etc.. Not for me!

Lively bar with a pool table and TV screens showing sport. Small quieter area at rear . Good selection of real ales, including Bathams Bitter, at very reasonable prices.
