Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about R Bar

Strange place - quite cheap for a town-centre pub - large, bright food area quite different from the dingy front bar - 'barman' who had very obviously never been asked to pull a pint of real ale before. (NB - Review dates from the time when it was still called Yorks.)
