A white painted detached corner pub with green paintwork
The interior is open plan, with multi-coloured walls; lilac, red, white, mustardy, with wood panel. A small side area has a sofa and fireplace, otherwise it is given over to being a sports bar, with lots of TVs (even small screens in the pew areas, as well as having a couple of pool tables and a bar footy game. Some arty pictures are dotted about, but the class that these may possibly give are countered by the carvings in the tables of who loves who. There is a part moulded ceiling, but the charty music means this is a sports bar aimed at the younger clientele - though the police notice states that no baseball caps can be worn on Friday nights. Service was fine.
Beer was all tap stuff, with no MILD or real ale, so i had a coke
Not aimed at someone like me, so i wont be returning, but probably more popular with the younger folk and those wanting to watch a match, who swig the Carling/John Smiths

The Courthouse is in the middle of sedgley and i thought this looked a decent pub from the outside painted white and close to the church, but once inside this was a pretty dire pub it had been opened out into one room and this room was geared up for younger drinkers.
There were no real ales on the bar with the only bitter being John Smiths smooth crap so i had a Guinness.
I thought this pub was a big let down.
