Will Larter left this review about Jeremiah’s Taproom

This is now almost entirely keg, with just one cask beer on, and that was a Christmas special. (Though the blackboard has a different cask beer on - perhaps they've run out of chalk.) I went for a locally brewed kolsch from Moonwake of Leith, which was colder than I would prefer, but not excessively gassy and seemed true to style. Another bar in this stretch opposite the SYHA Central hostel, and it seems to be popular with young and old. Not sure if any of the customers here were staying over the road, apart from me.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Jeremiah’s Taproom

The former Elm Bar has been remodelled to leave a 'U'-shaped counter and a small side room to the rear. Mixed ale-house furniture and decor. Patio tables out front (although not in use when I visited because the chairs we stacked elsewhere). Four cask ales on tap (presumably gravity-fed from a high-level cellar somewhere) alongside six craft keg offerings which included the Williams Bros Black Ball Stout (£4.05). A useful stop part-way down the Walk of Leith.
