Surprisingly long frontage for a housing estate pub, although the building doesn't extend back that far. Busy main bar (with pool table) to the front and right, with a quiet lounge (although this is where live music is hosted). With no handpumps for real ale, it had to be the inevitable John Smith's (albeit at just £2.50) before quickly moving on.

A large, detached, brick build, with patio area at the front; fairly modern, with a little character.
The interior has two rooms; the bar had its lights off and i did not see it. The lounge is in a peppermint green, with wood panel and fake beams. The seats are also green, and a little stained, the only downside to this place building wise, as it is quite tidy (other than Xmas decorations being up in November). The decoration is supplied by old prints of windmills. There is a TV, though this was not on when i visited. Service was great and the clientele small, several locals seated at the bar. Music was 80s and at a decent level.
Beer; all tap stuff, with a decent Banks's MILD, but no real ale - shame really.
I enjoyed this pub, i felt relaxed. If it did real ale it would be even better, but i would pop in again.
