David Walton left this review about 146 Paddington @ Hilton London Paddington
Visited 04/08/25. Visited previously 13/10/22 – albeit that was their other lobby style bar called Carriages near the direct exit to Paddington station
No cask. Limited keg offering of Camden Eazy and Camden Hells plus Guinness.
Not previously spotted this bar here, and it feels a bit more like a bar than the lobby bar, in the Hilton at Paddington station. The bar is accessed by a door opposite the reception desk and inside it was a longish area with the bar counter along the right-hand wall facing windows out onto Praed St. The flooring was of the dark vinyl variety and there was a good amount of red bare brick walls, where the walls were plastered, they had good coverage of framed pictures and photos. There was a v large screen showing a recording of the weekend Scottish footy action to the immediate left of the entrance and the floor in that area had a strange astroturf covering with a number of wingback armchairs facing the screen. Another smaller TV on another bit of wall opposite the end of the bar counter was similarly tuned in. High ceilings and pretty funky music the order of the day here also. Seemed to be popular with tourists waiting to get the Heathrow Express.

Philip Carter left this review about Hilton Hotel
If you have time to spare and surplus of cash, have a drink in the bar at the Hilton Hotel. The prices are high, around £4.00 for a pint of Guinness. Food available all day. No real ale, that I remember. Has an automatic piano. Not sure whether to give a high rating for cleanliness & style or low for the high prices.
