Old Boots left this review about Fox And Hounds
A restaurant grotesquely masquerading as a village pub, well worth avoiding if you merely require a drink. Particularly unwelcoming to the casual drinker, not necessarily a problem as the beer on offer is a rather rank Black Sheep Bitter or a selection of lacklustre kegs. Awful twee décor mainly comprising plates affixed to every conceivable surface with Staffordshire dogs on the fireplace. Dining tables as far as the eye can see, even the Gents is carpeted. Working men's tools adorn one wall but you would be lucky to find an honest labourer here. I spoke to the only local in the place and commiserated with him on the state of what was once his village local, he shook his head in despair and tears welled up in his eyes.
