I consider myself to be a fairly hardened pub goer and will walk into lots of pubs that others would shy away from. Having said that, every so often you walk up to a pub like this one. Half the sign is missing and the outside is a tatty mess. If it hadn't have been for a light in the window I would have assumed it was closed. As I walked up to the pub I could hear a massive heated argument going on and when I looked through the window I could see that quite a few of the clientele were stood up and swearing loudly at each other from 2 feet away. I thought "sod that for a lark" and walked away. It would have been crap anyway.
