Pretty much still as described by Stongers a couple of years ago, although I felt that the Western vibe had diminished a bit. I found the regulars to be fairly friendly, there was going to be a "do" on a bit later, so maybe this helped. Still a keg only pub, so I had a half of fizz. Nothing to bring me back here again.

Fat Lenny’s Saloon is a Wild West themed bar complete with wood everywhere, swinging saloon doors to the toilets, a massive buffalo head on the central supporting column, a piano, wild west signs, a couple of banjos, and a ‘County Jail Cell’ that doubles up as a DJ booth. The dance music playing during a recent midweek afternoon visit detracted somewhat from the yeeha vibe. The bar on the left wall supports standard keg and there was a strong smell of piss wafting from one of the local cowboys. I suppose this place is different, but I didn’t find it very friendly and don’t plan on returning.
