The Water Bridge is a Table Table run pub next to Uttoxeter’s Premier Inn on the A50 to the north of the town. In fact an annex for the hotel is in the same building, so my room was actually above the pub. A small seating area aimed at drinkers is found adjacent to the Premier Inn entrance. The central L-shaped bar counter then wraps around to the right whilst facing a sprawling dining area. One of the two hand pumps was unused leaving Sharp’s Doom Bar as the lone cask option. Standard and premium keg was also available from the curt bar manager. The barmaid was just as welcoming, and raised voices between the two showed signs of a strained relationship. Not great in a customer facing business! To sum up, this is a god awful place so it’s well worth walking into town to find something better.

Typical eatery attached to a Premier Inn or Travelodge - can't remember which. Took ages to get served and a soft drink cost a fortune. No way would I return.

The Water Bridge is a large modern pub that is situated close to the busy A50 on the northern edge of Uttoxeter.
Once inside there is a large single L shaped room with the bar facing on entry, the room is carpeted throughout, the seating normal tables and chairs, background music was playing.
There was one real ale on the bar which was Pedigree, this was a decent enough drink.
This is not really a pub to go out of your way to do,but is handy for a quick drink and meal if travelling in this area or to take children for a family meal.
