Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Highlands
Large Thwaites seafront pub, apparently converted from a hotel, and doing very good business on a Saturday evening. Several different seating / dining areas around the central servery, with a pool table and dartboard off to one side, and plenty of tables out front for the better weather. Four real ales on handpump: including Original (£2.65) and Lancaster Bomber (but the place was too busy to see the other two clips).

A pub opened in the seventies from a sea front hotel by Thwaites brewery.The pub is a 2for1 food outlet and has a bar and a games room.All beers sold are from the Thwaites Brewery.
